Blue Yonder Transportation Mobile User puts driver and dock tasks on a phone or tablet for easy access by planners and drivers. It extends critical logistics workflows—such as load acceptance, status updates, and proof-of-delivery (POD)--directly to the smartphones of drivers and enables easy access to information for field operators allowing for quick and flexible communication and updates regardless of location.
Transportation Mobile User lets employees and carriers monitor the progress of loads, the stops to be visited and the shipments on each load. Carriers can also provide ETA updates, confirm stops and accept or reject tenders from a mobile device, so the TMS is updated without a dispatcher picking up the phone.
