- Data Extensions: Extend the Blue Yonder Data Model—for example, adding customer-specific order fields—and apply those extensions across Blue Yonder products.
- Business Logic Extensions: Data functions support pre-curation (such as data enrichment), curation of aggregate data and generic on-demand plug-ins; well-defined hook points (user exits) and a comprehensive API catalogue let teams modify standard behaviors or add new functionality.
- Workflow Orchestration: A drag-and-drop Workflow Editor lets technology teams, business analysts and citizen developers configure and publish business-specific workflows that can call APIs.
- User Experience Extensions: Create pages that bring together information from multiple services for continuity across solutions.
- Lifecycle Management: Publish, package and deploy extensions across environments, and compare deployed packages to guard against configuration drift.
